• Schedule your Free Consultation

  Book a phone call to discuss your vision, review package options, and ensure we're a good fit. This is your chance to share your ideas and decide if I’m the right partner for your day!

 

• Book Your Date

  If we’re a match, I’ll send you a link to my booking site where you can:

  • Fill out your information.

  • Sign our contract (which I'll countersign).

  • Pay the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Once booked, you’re officially on my calendar! The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding.

 

• Plan The Final Details

  You will receive a few vision and logistics questionnaires several months in advance so we're ready to roll when it's show time. ​About 2–3 weeks before the wedding, we’ll confirm:

  • The background and pose for your painting.

  • My arrival time and setup location.

  • Any final logistics.

• The Big Day

  • I’ll arrive 2–3 hours before your chosen moment to begin painting the background.

  • Before or during the event, I’ll capture reference photos and videos to use while painting.

  • If needed, I can move locations (e.g., from your ceremony to your reception) to continue painting and engaging with your guests.

 

• Guest Interaction

  Your guests can actively participate! I’ll guide them as they add their brushstrokes to the canvas, making your painting a heartfelt collaboration filled with love and memories.

• The Grand Reveal

  Choose to watch the painting come to life throughout the night or keep it a surprise until the end. Either way, once complete for the night, you’ll get to see your masterpiece – a unique and tangible memory of your wedding day.

 

• Take Your Painting Home

  If your painting is complete at the end of the night, you get to take it home! If extra time is needed (due to canvas size, details, guest interactions, etc.), your painting will be finished within eight weeks and shipped or hand-delivered, depending on location.

 

• Relive the Memories

  Display your painting proudly, and enjoy listening to your guests rave about how special it was to have a live painter at your wedding!
